 | Richard J. Buckley, Jr. MD, FACS is a native of Buffalo, N.Y. Dr. Buckley received a BA from The Colorado College, a MS Ed. from Canisius College and the MD from SUNYAB School of Medicine. He completed his residency training in General Surgery at Millard Fillmore Hospital in 1978. Dr. Buckley is Board Certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
